Chances are, you’re behaving in a such a way as a result of a habit. We have learned ways to act and react based on past experiences as coping mechanisms (favourable and unfavourable protective measures for self-preservation), which in turn create behaviours (desirable and undesirable), which become unconscious habits. When negative emotions are suppressed (consciously or unconsciously, usually the latter) they stack on top of each other, creating similar events and escalated charge. A charge that continues to grow until we learn to let-go and move-on.
Luckily, we are not our behaviours, emotions, or habits, we are much more and we can change. With MER©, change happens fast and in such a way that it releases the negative response/emotion at the root, creating lasting change. Change that stops the cycle of repeated behaviour and attracting similar learning experiences, so that you can let go and move on.
What Do I Offer?
I have studied MER® with Dr. Matthew B. James who has developed the Mental Emotional Release© process, a therapeutic technique that has proven to be extremely effective in conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and clinical depression. I have been certified by the Institute of Integrative Psychology.
I find using this therapy extremely effective in my breakthrough sessions because it clears negative emotions/limiting beliefs/limiting decisions and allows my clients to get to the root of issues quickly and easily. One session is between 5 and 8 hours long and should be best held within one day. For better efficiency I recommend my clients to choose one specific area of life i.e. health, relationship, career, etc. – whichever is most important to them. In some cases, a follow up session a few days later is required to make sure all the negative emotions are cleared and any limitations or bad habits are gone. Some people continue on with NLP & Coaching and never need MER® again, some choose to do a breakthrough in each category on a monthly basis based on the success of their first session.
